About SmartStart Home

SmartStart Home helps new homeowners and those unfamiliar with their homes feel confident through personalized, in-home orientations. Our SmartStart program is designed primarily for new home buyers, while also supporting any homeowner who wants a clearer understanding of how their home works. We explain key systems, review routine maintenance, and answer practical questions so homeowners know what’s normal and when to call a professional.

SmartStart Home is operated by Anton, the Home Orientation Specialist, who brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including 10 years as a licensed general contractor, along with firsthand perspective as a homeowner who has owned two homes.
